Founded in 1990, Seriline is a Swedish-owned company specializing in identity and access management. Leveraging cutting-edge technology and decades of experience, Seriline offers proprietary software, web solutions, hardware, and services that streamline processes, ensuring user-friendly experiences while maintaining confidentiality and identity integrity.

In this project, the primary focus was on their self-service terminals. My challenge involved improving their current self-service terminal by implementing interaction design principles, ensuring alignment with both current and future requirements. This project involved a thorough redesign of the self-service terminal, including UI/UX design, with a emphasis on universal design principles.
